Grab Bus-Website

I created my own project named ‘Grab Bus’. It is a bus locator app in real time, which can tell you the schedule of the buses. It is a solution for people who want use public transport buses to commute but are frustrated with the no real time location in current situation of the bus system. The problem I was solving was that user were not able to find the nearest bus stand at a new place and find difficult to know which bus to board and both the traveller and conductor didn’t have loose change with them for the ticket transaction. I incorporated modules like Concept Checklist, User Interview, User Persona, User Survey, User Flow, Information Architecture, Storyboards, Card Sorting, Wireframes, User Scenarios, Clickable Prototype, Lo-fidelity to Hi-fidelity Prototype, and Usability testing have given me a well-balanced overview of the process.
