Draupadi: New Age women
This was my 3rd year Final Project where my topic was Women Empowerment. The topic that I chose for this project was Draupadi. Over the ages, the role of women has changed significantly. Draupadi, a very powerful character in the mythology of Mahabharata portrayed a bold and strong woman with the look of a swan and mind of a lioness. In todays era, our women usually face a lot of challenges especially in the lower segment of the society which is majorly male dominant. Unlike Draupadi who as bold, intelligent, argumentative and full of morality, our women are easily put down as they don't stand up for themselves. My project highlights this very problem in the form of an animated video making it easier and interactive for them to understand and imbibe from.
